  ONLY AFTER A SUCCESSFUL TRADEMARK SEARCH CAN ONE PROPERLY FILE A STRONG TRADEMARK APPLICATION AND SUCCESSFULLY PROSECUTE YOUR MATTER.  The act of filing a Trademark application is not difficult in itself, but a successful search is a pre-requisite and successful prosecution of that application is quintessential and inseparable necessity of the application process.  When the USPTO produces an Office Action that creates an obstacle to obtaining Federal Trademark registration, you will need a well-drafted response in order to overcome the objections of the USPTO.  An office action is a written response by the USPTO to your application that may address a multitude of issues.  Obtaining federally registered trademark status usually takes more that the multitude of no-frills filing services would have you believe.  When the USPTO produces an Office Action related to your Trademark application you will be glad to have Jafari Law Group working towards your intellectual property and business goals.
